A few things:
I am not perfect. My ideas, practices, opinions, advice and experiences are from a specific point of view, they are personal and biased in some way (what can I say? I’m human). Not everything I say or do will work for everyone and you might not agree with everything (or anything). Differences are what make the world go ‘round!
The objective of this blog is to share helpful, useful and tangible advice that will work for some people, but it will not be suitable for everyone’s life, family, means, methods, family or circumstance. Please excuse me for being imperfect – but that’s what this is all about. This blog is about finding my way as a new mom, with some efficiency and organized chaos.
I am not a doctor or a healthcare provider. I am not an accountant, lawyer or other licensed or regulated professional. All the advice and all recommendations made within my blog should be evaluated and implemented with that in mind. Talk with your healthcare provider for any and all professional matters concerning health and wellbeing.
Be kind. We spend too much time tearing each other down. You and I are not competing with one another to be better or more right. This is not the place for harsh criticism or negativity. While I welcome feedback and thoughtful comments from readers of all walks of life, I ask that comments be expressed with respect.
- The content of this blog may be a source of income and may include affiliate links. I do not make a living off my blog but affiliate links may provide me with small commissions to buy things like, ya know, diapers and wipes. So please use my links so I can keep buying those things! 🙂
- I will only promote products/services/businesses that I have, in fact, used and or feel strongly that they would be beneficial to readers of Practiced Mom by means of deliberation and thorough research, and/or referral/first-person recommendation. I give me true and real opinions on any products or services I have tried and recommend and will not, wouldn’t not and refuse to recommend anything I couldn’t get behind.
- Mentions of associated products/services/businesses within the content of our blog may or may not be noted as an affiliate in every reference.
- There are plenty of things on my blog I get zero commission or credit for and solely recommend because of their value to other moms/parents that may be readers and followers of this blog.
